But enough of me ranting, hear from those with first hand experience of how absolutely amazing Daisy are!
Like many others, I had a full Pinterest board full of dream gowns for my big day. I knew I wanted a delicate, waist-hugging, and a-line style dress but I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to find what was on my Pinterest board, in real life.
When I first saw the Violette gown it was on my best friend as she searched for her own wedding dress. She tried on many of Daisy’s gowns and during her session, and I secretly had Violette as my favourite one on her. In the end, she went with Daisy’s Camellia dress but I couldn’t get Violette out of my mind! When I finally got to do my own wedding dress shopping I tried on Violette just for fun!
Who would’ve known that my gut instinct about the dress, first seen on my friend, would turn out to be my one true wedding dress all along? I love the elegant and intricate detailing in the bodice, the thin straps, and especially the tulle and paneling of the skirt. I loved the way it hugged my waist and softly framed my bust.
I felt like a true princess in this gown as I married my prince charming

Our wedding was incredible. Honestly, I wish we could do it all again. We really wanted a wedding that just felt like one big party weekend that we could enjoy with our friends and family. And it really was just that.
For my dress I originally wanted something really simple with maybe a veil to add some drama during the ceremony. I knew I wanted a skirt and top combo, but realised later how hard it is because it doubles the decision! As soon as I saw and then tried on the Daisy skirt I knew it was perfect. It was so dramatic & beautifully crafted. The Daisy team were super helpful and I felt like they really understood the look I was trying to achieve. I spent months online trying to find the right top, and eventually I ended up getting the top made because there wasn’t anything that was quite right. Sarah had the great idea to add the buttons down the back of the top to match the skirt, and I feel like this detail just really tied the whole look together.
Walking down the aisle to Aaron, I remember thinking how handsome he looked and how happy I was to see him. In my dress I felt pretty, confident and relaxed all at once. The whole weekend was an absolute dream and I can’t thank Daisy and the rest of our vendors enough for helping make it come together

It’s no secret that a girl’s wedding dress needs to be special, and whilst my gorgeous Daisy Wren was everything I have ever dreamt of on the day I married my soul mate Gary, my dress meant so much more.
When my then-boyfriend proposed my mum was terminally ill. We planned everything in what felt like a whirlwind in the hope that she would be able to attend but unfortunately, it wasn’t meant to be. She was however well enough to join me dress shopping and after trying on a few dresses she was starting to feel unwell. When I came out in my final dress her face lit up and she simply stated “this is the one my girl”… and it most certainly was.
So, whilst my beautiful Daisy Wren was everything I had ever wanted in my wedding dress (those details!!) it also holds my most cherished moments shared with my mum. I couldn’t have wanted anything more in a dress, and in the memories it represents.
