"Hi my name`s Janine, I am a fully qualified chef and the owner of Temptation Cakes an Auckland based online cake company.
After over 25 years of working in some of Aucklands top cafes I have now branched out on my own creating custom made celebration and wedding cakes which has always been my true passion.
What ever your occasion I can design a cake to suit your individual needs and create long lasting memories.
We also cater for dietary requirements, such as dairy free, egg free, gluten free and Vegan."
With over 25 years in the industry, Janine brings a wealth of experience and skills to the table. Best of all though is her passion for perfection and you can really see it in her creations. The cakes are absolutely gorgeous and are a total work of art, but don't let that fool you into thinking it's only about the looks, every mouth full of these awesome cakes will leave your mouth watering for more. Wouldn't be surprised if you end the night with guests hunting around for just one more piece of that cake Hunger Game styles.
Wedding cakes aren't her only trick up the sleeve as she's able to make a variety of differently styled cakes for any occassion.

Janine at Temptation cakes is very lovely and very easy to deal with. She listened to exactly what we wanted with our wedding cake, and it came out better than we had in mind.
All of our guests loved it, and came back for seconds, and we never did get to keep the top layer because the cake was so damn good we just had to eat it !!!!
We had her make a banana and white chocolate cake for my partners 35th birthday - OMG it is absolutely to die for!!!

Getting married is never an easy feat to achieve and everybody you deal with during this experience understands the stress that one goes through while planning this unforgetable event. I dealt with temptation cakes through Trade me. The pictures of the cakes displayed were expertly designed and created and I thought I would let Tempation cakes create my cake, as a bride preparing the big day, I did not have money to spare on a whim and needed to lay by this. Not only did Janine allow me to layby my cake over a period of time, her friendleness and expertise took all the stress out of the cake part of the wedding. Communication between us were regular and I had not even finish paying my cake as I overlooked the final payment, she still allowed me to have my cake and pay the rest of after my wedding. My cake was spectacular and my mother who is a biggest cake critic even complimented the cake and it's moistness. It was beautifully created and I could not have dealt with a nicer person in this instance. I highly recommend Temptation cakes and I plan on using them every occassion I have. Customer service and the quality of product produced is enough for anyone to go back. Thank you Janine for making my day stress free.

Janine/Temptation Cakes was a blessing to our day. Facebook pointed me in her direction based on first impressions and Ive not regretted that decision. We went for a simple yet elegant cake to bring together the vibe of a lively winery (Batch Winery - Waiheke) and it surely made for an amazing complement to the dessert we served at our wedding reception. It is to the point that the CHEF, STAFF and our GUEST along with the Batch winery DINERS wanted to know where we got our cake from... THANK YOU TEMPTATION CAKES - will certainly be coming back for more celebratory cakes.
