A Day Filled with Love, Laughter and Epicness!
This happy-go-lucky couple surely knows how to combine tradition, chic, and fun to create the perfect wedding. First thing in the morning, while the bride was getting ready, the guests participated in traditional gatecrash games. The groom and his groomsmen were competing in games with the bridesmaids, where they needed to win to help them get to the bride. It goes without saying, the room was filled with laughs and spiked energy to get the wedding started.
The bride was dressed in a stunning white partially lace wedding dress, a perfect match to the groom's flawlessly fitted black tuxedo. Making sure she was energized for the day, she snuck away for a quick nap before the ceremony started. After all, weddings require a lot of energy!
The bride walked down the aisle and said "I Do" on the stunning Marina Terrace, overlooking teal green waters to get the ceremony started. But just before tying the knot, the best man realized he'd forgotten the bride's wedding ring in the hotel room! But all was good, and a substitute was used. Talk about making a memory for the books!
After the beautiful nuptials, no time was wasted, and their Auckland wedding photographer snapped photos of the newly married couple with their bridal party and respective families. While the marina was undoubtedly a captivating backdrop, some of the most magical photos were captured at a beach close by as the sun went down and the waves covered the shores.
Shortly after this, a bottle of champaign was popped open with an original Sabrage sword to get the reception started. The bride changed into a stunning red dress, matching the groom's charming red bow tie, and they had their first dinner together as a married couple. Following the elegant dinner, the first dance stole the show and added a touch of 'wild' to the night. The crowd looked on as the newly married couple showed off their chacha dance skills as money guns were going off. They danced the night away in the company of their family and friends, filled with memories to last a lifetime.
